Founded in 1996, Comrad Camp brings together MCs, producers, and DJs from around the world.Rooted in the tradition of Boom Bap, the network exists to push Hip Hop forward through collaboration, creative exchange, and respect for the craft.Through camp albums, cyphers, and collective projects, Comrad Camp amplifies artists who believe in building culture together.

The Life Giving MC

The Life Giving MC, also known as Blessings, is an award-winning Hip Hop artist, dancer, and educator known for his insightful lyricism and uplifting presence. Rooted in the spirit of the Golden Age, his work carries a message of healing, empowerment, and clarity, earning him recognition as both a skilled MC and a cultural voice across generations.He has performed alongside Public Enemy, KRS-One, Jay Electronica, Smif-N-Wessun, and Rah Digga, and was selected to open the Trinity International Hip Hop Festival for Big Daddy Kane. His work has earned praise from respected voices in the culture, including Akua Naru and those connected to the legacy of J Dilla, and he is recognized as an affiliate within the extended network of the Wu-Tang Clan. He currently serves as the active steward of Comrad Camp, guiding the network through a new phase of structure and collective development.Beyond music, he is an experienced educator and speaker, leading workshops and community conversations across the United States focused on personal growth, cultural awareness, and community development.Originally introduced to Hip Hop through dance, he is also an accomplished B-Boy and performer with over a decade of experience in battling, showcases, and competition.In addition, he is a recognized organizer in the agricultural space, mentoring new farmers and helping build regional and national networks focused on food access, education, and land-based community development.Through all of his work, The Life Giving MC represents a commitment to Hip Hop as a living culture—bridging art, knowledge, and real-world impact.

Frank Yola

Frank Yola is a Los Angeles-based lyricist and rising force in hip-hop, known for his razor-sharp delivery, clever metaphors, and masterful wordplay. With a deep baritone voice and a style that blends innovative production with intricate rhyme schemes, Yola crafts a sound that’s both original and undeniably “dope.”With over 12 years in the game, his catalog includes 7 mixtapes, 10 albums, and countless collaborations with artists around the world—among them Jon Connor, Nino Bless, Emilio Rojas, and Grammy-nominated Dr. Dre protégé Knoc-turn’al. His reputation is built not just on bars, but on a tireless work ethic and total creative control—writing, producing, and engineering all of his own music.Beyond his solo work, Frank Yola produces other artists out of his Los Angeles-based White House studio and has performed across California, sharing stages with hip-hop heavyweights like Twista and Afroman.

ALoMEGA

ALoMEGA is an Emcee and producer out of Perth, Australia. He has been with the Comrads since about 2019 where he stepped on the scene with big goals and bigger inspiration. He produced albums and songs for several members at the time and has continued producing multiple bangers featured on all streaming platforms including Follow the Leader and various others.
He has written and produced several of his own albums including his self confessed masterpiece GREAM and has recently pulled a track out the vault to make an appearance on Supreme Allah and friends. ALoMEGA used to go by Ghost Omega and still does in some situations.

CPHRITE

CPHRITE is a beatmaker and producer from the NØRREBRO neighborhood of Copenhagen. Pulling great inspiration from the Golden Era of Hip Hop and the emerging underground movement, his sound has been influenced by talents such as Blackstar, Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind Tricks, Non Phixion, Ill Bill and many more, CPHRITE contiues to produce timeless Boom Bap with hands in deep crates.

The Brown Barron

The Brown Barron is producer, beat maker, and audio engineer from the Netherlands who's been practicing his craft since the early 2000s. He is also a Créatif in art and has a background in marketing and sales. If you ask him why he does what he does, his reply is "because the love for Hip Hop."

Mike Booth

"From the wrong side of the tracks to the B-side of the vinyl, I am Hip Hop."Mike Booth is an active B-Boy & father of 5. He's an MC, a DJ, and a Graffiti writer with the Wackest Robot. He's a custom graphic designer who also makes Music… then Mixes & Masters it.He established PBR Music as a Hip Hop Label in 2001 to document his friends' music and the rest is history. From beats to the physical copy you hold in your hand. Mixing, mastering, graffiti, logo design, album cover designs, rap, and also a talented pastry & culinary chef. If Mikey likes it, you’ll hear it.

Supreme Allah Magnetic

Supreme Allah Magnetic is a Hip Hop artist, MC, and DJ rooted in the Boom Bap tradition, with a career in the culture dating back to the mid-1990s. His work reflects the influence of classic East Coast Hip Hop, emphasizing lyricism, raw delivery, and foundational elements of the craft.Emerging from the underground scene, he has built a catalog of independent releases and collaborations, developing an international presence within underground Hip Hop. Known for a consistent output and a dedication to the culture, Supreme has remained active as both a recording artist and collaborator, contributing to various projects across the independent Hip Hop landscape.Through his work as an MC and organizer, he contributed to the growth of Comrad Camp as a collaborative collective rooted in underground Hip Hop culture. His efforts helped connect artists across cities and countries, laying groundwork for the network’s continued evolution.
